Lorne Greenspan, MD, F.R.C.P. (C) – Chairman of the Board
Currently working in a variety of clinical and consulting capacities, Dr. Greenspan served as Medical Director of Medcan Health Management from 1995 to 2002, and Deputy Clinical Director of Emergency Medicine at the Toronto General Hospital from 1989 to 1993. Additional appointments include Acting Medical Director of On-Call Healthline for the Province of Ontario's Primary Care Reform pilot study of the Family Health Network.

Howard Rosen – Chairman of the Audit Committee
Mr. Rosen is a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting Inc., and is the practice leader for the global International Arbitration group. He also is the Vice-Chairman, and member of the audit committee of Alliance Grain Traders Inc (AGT.TO), and sits on the board of directors of a number of private companies.

Jeff Collins - Director
Mr. Collins is co-founder of the Medipattern Corporation. In 1987, he founded CASTAR Corporation, a service provider for computer-controlled hydraulic systems. Through growth and acquisition, he expanded CASTAR, selling it in 1997 to US-based Paragon Technologies. Mr. Collins continued on at Paragon Technologies as a member of the management team until the death of his aunt from breast cancer. After this event, he formulated the concept for and established Medipattern.

Mark Greenspan - Director
Mr. Greenspan was CFO for Medipattern from 2002 to 2010. Previously he worked for 18 years at Scotiabank in various capacities, including Chief Operating Officer of Scotiabank's e-commerce subsidiary; Chief Administrative Officer; and Head of Integrated Support Services for Scotia Capital. Prior to Scotiabank, he spent eight years at KPMG specializing in business valuations and Mergers and Acquisitions.
